Refund Policy
Cancellation of Bookings
Gruszka and Associates will not accept payments more than 14 days in advance. A request to cancel must be emailed to monica@grna.com.au at least 24 hours prior to the time and date of booking.
Refunds will be available in the instance of major faults with the service as per Australian Consumer Law.
Full refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days of notice into the same account that was used for the initial payment of the booking.
Request for date and time changes are permitted so long these are requested by email with at least 24 hours from the date and time of the first scheduled booking. If you notify us in writing less than 24 hours before a booked consultation that your are unable to attend, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
All payment amounts are represented in AUD as this is the currency of our host country.
